Lucas Paquetá, 24, lived a superhero day. Not because of a goal that saved his team, a dribble that left the opponents in the dust or a spectacular pass made on the pitch, but off it. The Lyon and Brazilian national team player was successful on social media by dressing up as Spider-Man.

In a video published by him and his wife, Duda Fournier, he appears dressed as the Marvel hero to impress his 1-year-old son Benício. But the game was very elaborate, the player jumps the wall and goes through the roof of the house until jumping in front of the child.

The boy’s smile when he sees the character, of whom he seems to be a big fan, is contagious. He runs to hug the hero, not knowing it’s his father.

“After two trips to Disney without being able to find Spider-Man, today he showed up here at my house”, commented Duda. “And this meeting couldn’t have been more special. This Spider-Man daddy is really awesome.”

The player, who is also Filippo’s father, said he was very happy with his son’s reaction. “Man, today was one of the most incredible days I’ve lived,” he said. Benício’s happiness seeing ‘Spiderman’ was something I will never forget! I will do anything to see him and Filippo happy! And today was a magical day.”
