Center Lamar wrote a story on the chart as the first rapper with three albums in the top ten of the Billboard 200 at the same time.

Following his appearance in the SUPER BOWL halftime show, the American rapper appears in three positions on this week’s top ten.

Specifically on No. 1 is the GNX album. The new album of Central Lamara went up from the fourth to the top ten for the second week since it was released in December 2024.

Raper Damn’s album is 9 and Good Kid, Maad City in 10th place.

Damn’s latest appearance on the Billboard Top 10 dates back to March 2018 and Good Kid, Maad City since November 2012.

Three years ago at the Super Bowl in Los Angeles, Centric Lamar first appeared in the halftime of the Dream team of Hip-Hop, Dr. Dre, snoop dogg, Mary J. Blige, Eminem and 50 Cent. This year in New Orleans, he did not have to share glory with anyone, as he further consolidated his sovereignty and culture.

Lamar and the artistic director of the Selei Rogers show created a link between video games and the modern American rapper, culturally and politically.

It is estimated that 127 million spectators saw the rapper gone on the camera as he used the SUPER BOWL halftime scene to attack once again with lyrics by the Grammy -award -winning not like us song to his opponent, Canadian rapper, Drake.

Centric Lamar has begun war against Drake and the elements that the Canadian star represents, his commercial success and melodies that are more pop and not hip hop, as he claims.

“When people talk about rap, in the discussions I hear, they think it’s just rap, it’s not a real form of art, said Center Lamar before the show.
