One of the most beloved couples in Brazil decided to dare. Taís Araujo, 42, and Lázaro Ramos, 43, posed nude for the magazine Ela, of the newspaper O Globo. “Two lives intertwined and a lot of stories to tell,” said the actor while showing some of the images on his social networks.
Taís Araujo said that “it’s about trust, intimacy and a different perspective from the conventional nude. That’s why I was personally involved in the visual ideation of this story thinking about the various ways to communicate love, partnership and courage.”
In the publication, the couple talks about their 17-year marriage and the difficulties in maintaining the partnership for all that time. “A lasting marriage is one in which you say yes all the time, and not just once,” says the actress, who has two children born out of that union.
“We are going to renew ourselves, discovering other common goals, even if, at times, there are conflicts. It gives us an electric shock, but then we come back, we look at each other again and we renegotiated”, adds Ramos.
The couple, who did not renew their contract with Globo this year, have two projects together planned to come out in the coming months. One is the second season of “Aruanas” (Globo), which opens on the 25th at Globolplay, and the other is the film “Medida Provisional”, which marks the debut of Lázaro as director and has Taís in the cast.
