The actor Aílton Graça will not have his contract renewed with Globo after the end of the soap opera Back over. After 22 years of fixed bond with the station, he will be hired by work.
Aílton even negotiated a renewal, but the parties did not reach an agreement, according to the newspaper O Globo the decision is part of the company’s strategy, adopted since 2014, to reduce fixed contracts. The artist is also free for other work possibilities, such as streaming productions.
