Prince Harry arrives at the London Court for a lawsuit against the UK on his security

by

Prince Harry made a rare public appearance in Britain on Tuesday at the Royal Courts of Justice of London, where he is contesting the government for changes made in his safety after he left the real duties.

Harry, King Charles’ youngest son, is trying to annul a decision of the Interior Ministry-the ministry responsible for policing-which he decided in February 2020 that he would not automatically receive personal police security while in Britain.

Last year, the London Superior Court ruled that the decision was legal, rejected Harry’s case and refused him to contest the decision in a higher court.

However, the Appeal Court agreed to hear the case after a direct request from Harry’s lawyers. He arrived for the two -day hearing, part of which will be held privately due to the discussion of his security problems.

According to The Sun, Harry flew from his home in California on Monday, but it was unclear if he would see someone from his family, whom he walked away from his public criticism to his real relatives and advisors.

King Charles and his Harry’s stepmother, Queen Camilla, are currently on a state visit to Italy, where they will celebrate their 20th wedding anniversary.

Harry’s trip also happens in the midst of a fierce and high level dispute with the executive president of his charity feel, which he founded in honor of his late mother, Princess Diana.

Sophie Chandauka accused him of bullying and racism, while Harry, who left his position in the charity institution, called what happened “to leave the heart.”

The Duke of Sussex, along with other royal members, has received public security protection publicly funded before moving away from his real duties and moving to the US with his American wife Meghan in March 2020.

The Executive Committee for the Protection of Royalty and Public Figures, known as Ravec, then decided that Harry would no longer receive the same level of protection.

Harry’s case against the government is one of several legal throws he has made in recent years, having filed measures against several British newspapers for privacy invasions and telephone staples.
