First Teaser reveals the premiere date but not the role of Lady Gaga
Jenna Ortega returns to her dark element. On April 23, Netflix unveiled the first teaser of Wednesday’s 2nd season, with the actress returning to the lead role for yet another round of mystery, murders and madness at school. The teaser also revealed the premiere date – which follows a fairly divisive trend.
Stir yet: The salary of Kate Middleton’s children’s nuns and her highly qualifications is stunned
Instead of releasing the entire one -time season, as we are used to, Netflix will divide it into two parts, as it has successfully done in other series such as Stranger Things and Emily in Paris. Part 1 of Season 2 will be available for streaming on August 6, while Part 2 will premiere on September 3, with four new episodes each.
The new season finds Wednesday returning to the corridors of Nevermore Academy – the first time he returns to school for a second year.
“How do you feel?” Her mother, Morticia (Catherine Zeta-Jones) asks her.
“As if I’m back on scene of crime. I already know where the carcasses are buried, “Wednesday replies, in her well -known sarcastic style.

Although the full plot remains a sealed secret, we know that Wednesday will continue to try to balance the adolescence, friendships, family and of course … the supernatural.
According to Netflix’s summary: “Wednesday sinks into a new creepy, supernatural mystery.” For most, this would be a nightmare – for her, excitement.
Who returns to the 2nd season of Wednesday?
Together with Jenna Ortega and Catherine Zeta-Jones, Luis Guzmán, Isaac Ordonez and Fred Armisen as Wednesday’s creepy family are also returning. Emma Meyers also returns as her ever -cheerful roommate, Enid.
The new faces of the season include Steve Buscemi as the new headmaster of the school, as well as Billie Piper, Evie Templeton, Owen Painter and Noah Taylor.
Where is Lady Gaga?
Although the teaser does not show it at all, Lady Gaga will appear as a guest in Season 2, after the viral success of her song “Bloody Mary” in Tiktok, which was combined with the Wednesday dance scene from the 1st season.

So far, Netflix has been holding the role of a seven -sealed secret and has not shown us a second of its character. However, Ortega had given a small hint in March:
“It definitely has dances in the series,” he told Entertainment Tonight.
“I won’t say anything about her role! Just let her be unlikely. It’s fantastic, and I think it’s not what people expect. “
