I want to put myself as a brave actor who holds pressure, says Duda Nagle before fighting with Popó

Duda Nagle’s task is not easy at all. Next Saturday (17), he will rise in the ring to face the four -time world champion Aceino Popó Freitas in a fight of the event Fight Music Show. According to the actor, his physical and mental training accredits him for the duel.

“My current training routine with a professional team that has formed champions is totally focused on this challenge,” he says F5. “Basically we have boxing training in the morning and various forms of recovery and rest between one day and the other. The more I can get it right in training and rest, the more confident I get that I can apply the strategy to the ring.”

A fan of martial arts such as jiu-jitsu and judo since childhood, Duda says that this fight symbolizes a rite of passage and graduation in his studies throughout his life. “My greatest motivation as a martial artist is to protect my family and provide service as a citizen, and such a fight simulates a situation that tests everything that martial arts forge,” he says. “Obviously, I also want to enjoy this projection to put me like a brave actor who holds pressure on difficult times.”

A fan of MMA fights and rocky Balboa action movies (the fighter lived by Sylvester Stallone who delighted Hollywood), Duda says she didn’t accept the fight thinking about money. He says he only gets a more large value if he can, on his own, sell sponsorships. “In fact, in the short term, I stopped making money, but it was a great investment of life and career as a communicator,” he says.

Popó’s fight in the previous event was with Kleber Bambam and lasted only 36 seconds. Asked if he will stand longer than the former BBB, the actor says he trusts his potential. “Complicated to talk about other people. I don’t know behind -the -scenes, but watching the Bambam struggle, it didn’t seem to have experience with martial arts or healthy,” he comments.

In addition to Duda and Popó, they will fight names such as actor Daniel Rocha, funkeiro MC Livinho, humorist Lucas Veloso and former UFC Minotouro. Rocha, boyfriend of actress Vitória Strada, also told the F5 A little more about your preparation. He will face the colonel’s rapper Tz.

“I have been training for eight years and my system has been advanced. I was an amateur and professional kickboxing fighter as a teenager, I did more than 30 fights and only stopped to go as an actor. Now I’m coming back after 20 years. I have been Brazilian, South American and Paulista champion,” he said, who would initially face funkeiro MC Gui. “He ran from the fight,” he teases.

The sixth edition of the Fight Music Show takes place at Vibra São Paulo, on Saturday (17), from 17:30. It is still possible to buy tickets for the event from R $ 82.50.
