Today, Friday, June 13th at 14.45, Patmos becomes the studio of “Where there is Greece”, Elabia Revi and George Kourdis.

Patmos is a top destination and attracts tourists from all over the world not only for its religious heritage, the monastery of St. John the Theologian and the Cave of Revelation, but also for its unique natural beauty and the fascinating travel experiences it offers.

The dual religious and cosmopolitan character of Patmos attracts a large number of visitors each year to the island. The Patmiada School and the traditional mansions on the one hand, the excellent gastronomy and the peculiarity of the small stores on the other, make up a picture that makes the island special.

The Monastery of St. John the Theologian and the Cave of Revelation in Theopostizis Patmos provokes awe as well as the relics kept in hundreds of years in excellent condition at the Museum of the Monastery.

A donkey’s “nursing home” takes care of the sympathetic quadrupeds that had been suffered in the past as work animals in Patmos and the surrounding islands. His creation plan was implemented since the 1970s by Persian Prince Aga Khan and today his family continues the work.

Residents of Patmos, islanders on the other side of Greece, who depend on airways for serious incidents. On an island of 3,300 permanent residents reaching 18,000 during the summer peak, the only general doctor works incessantly and is covered only with temporary postings of her colleagues.

In Patmos there is one of the most organized shipyards in the Aegean, but it is reminiscent of a typical boat shop. It is made of gorgeous bunches of all kinds of the most experienced caravan on the island.
