After losing his home in Malibu in the fires that hit the western coast of Los Angeles, California, United States, in January this year, Paris Hilton already has a new address. The businesswoman and singer bought a property that belonged to actor Mark Wahlberg, located in neighboring Beverly Hills.
The heiress of the Hilton hotel chain paid $ 63 million – approximately $ 347 million – for the property. Wahlberg is known for films such as “A Master’s Output” (2003), “The Infiltrates” (2006) and “Ted” (2012). According to the publication, Paris had been looking for a new fixed residence since the tragedy at the beginning of the year, and the purchase was finalized this June.
The mansion has 2,800 m² of built area, on a land of 24,000 m², and has 12 bedrooms, 20 bathrooms, games room, sports court, skateboard, wine cellar and cigars, as well as a resort style pool with slides. The property also has an imposing entrance with double stairs, two -story library, home theater, professional gym and a guest house.
Wahlberg owned the property since 2003, when he moved to the residence with his wife, Rhea Durham. The couple sold the property for $ 55 million in February 2023 and the negotiation was recorded as the most expensive in southern California that year. Paris will live at the scene with husband, Carter Reum, and the children, Phoenix and London.
