In the documents the legal team criticizes the retraction letter released by Marcos, entitled “A Metaphor became a crime”. In the text, the teacher apologizes to Justus, but tries to justify his speech as a social criticism, stating that he was misunderstood. The defense, however, counteracts: “The late public apology only occurred after the great repercussion. It is obvious that it was not sincere.”

In the case of Aline, the lawyers argue that the psychologist “endorsed and replied a message of hatred against a five -year -old, further aggravating the scenario.” According to them, the indemnity sought also aims to reinforce the need for civil liability for this type of behavior on the Internet.
