The doctor of former Big Brother Brazil (Globo) participant Marcos Harter filed a claim for compensation against actress Luana Piovani. The reason is a publication made by Piovani in Instagram Stories.
After commenting that, with the elimination of Pedro Scooby, father of her children, the BBB 22 edition was over for her, the actress published a meme inspired by the album “Versions of Me”, by Anitta, with the faces of Rafael Ilha , Biel, Dado Dolabella, Marcos Harter, Lucas Vianna and Arthur Aguiar.
“I received, I didn’t know them all but after the explanation, I understood. Everything abusive and Brazil? Aaaamaaaaaa”, he wrote next to the image.
The claim for compensation is R$50,000. The doctor also asks that the publication be deleted, that the actress refrain from disclosing offenses or false information against it and that she make a public retraction. The report sought the actress, but got no response.
The winner of A Fazenda 10 (Record), Rafael Ilha, another face portrayed in Piovani’s publication, said he will also sue the actress. On social media, Ilha said that, after 13 years of chemical dependence, he committed acts he regrets, but denies that he has ever been an abuser or aggressor of women.
