Kaysar Dadour says he was depressed for two hours while shaving his beard for paper

After four years with a long beard, Syrian actor Kaysar Dadour, 32, had to trim his face hair for his new role in the 7 pm soap opera “Cara e Coragem”, which arrives on Globo on the 30th. However, he says that the change of look was not easy to assimilate.

“I shaved my beard after so long with her. I was depressed for two hours, but then it passed”, he reveals in a press interview to publicize the plot on the morning of this Friday (20).

In the story written by Claudia Souto, Kaysar plays Kaká Bezerra, an excited and fearless stuntman who maintains a rivalry with Moa (Marcelo Serrado) at work. To try to prove his dexterity and superiority, he ends up crashing a few times in the action scenes.

“I threw myself into the role so much that I even got hurt”, he reveals. “After I played three or four characters as a terrorist, a drug dealer, a killer, I now do a half-dumb stuntman with no talent. I have so much fun,” she says.

Like other actors, he has taken classes with these professionals to learn some techniques. According to the author, this role could only be kaysar from the beginning.

“We did several tests for this character, I remember there was a page of text, almost a monologue. We wanted to see who was prepared. And in the Kaysar test, we laughed from the first to the last line and cried too. It had to be his”, he says. .
