Remain in ICU burns at Papanikolaou Hospital The three injured burns in the tragic multipurpose incident, which occurred yesterday in a club in Kotsani, Northern Macedonia.

According to reports, two of the injured have undergone surgery, while the third party did not. There is no information or notice to the hospital for other incidents.

Health Minister Adonis Georgiadis in his post on X reports:

“EKAB-KEPY in full operational readiness for the interference and management of burn hospitalization at the request of Northern Macedonia. Following the tragic accident at dawn in Kotsani, Northern Macedonia and at the request of the neighboring country at the European Civil Protection Mechanism, all the necessary steps have already been launched and the coordination between the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, The goal of interconnecting, receiving and careing burns in appropriate health formations in our country. Based on the operational plan of the EKAB Health Center, the burden units have already been raised in hospitals:

  • Latsio Center for Burns of Thriassian Hospital.

So far, the first 3 burns have already been admitted and hospitalized at the Thessaloniki General Hospital “George Papanikolaou”, who were taken to our country with ambulance vehicles in the neighboring country.

The necessary number of ambulances, which will be used in the event of an additional burial in health formations of the NHS or the Ministry of Education in Athens, has already been set up by the EKAB Coordination Center.
