But this road to pregnancy was incredibly difficult.
After meeting her son Watt in the world in 2018, Kara and her wife Breakwinhold wanted to expand their family.

Kara had to receive a blood transfusion and subsequently received treatment to deal with the traumatic experience.
She was afraid of getting pregnant again, but she wanted more children. She always optimistic, she has not lost faith.

“I couldn’t think of any other explanation for having twins – it’s 100% natural and they don’t run in my family. It was a complete surprise.”
