Everything will be much sweeter in London this Friday.
Tim Hortons, a Canadian institution, opened its first branch in the capital on July 1. And we were lucky to be able to see it from the inside.
The news of the successful chain known for coffee and donuts opened its first branch in London earlier this year.
And the good news is that all the customer favorites are on offer (French Vanilla and Tim’s Crispy Chicken Sandwich) and there are some new additions.
Based in Royal Leisure Park in west London, the site offers breakfast, lunch and dinner options, as well as coffee, coolers and shackles.
In total, the hall has a place for 100 dinner guests, but there are also opportunities for people who prefer to drive.
Tim Hortons also has UK sites in other parts of the country, but this is a first for London and there are plans to continue soon.
The menu includes burgers, hot dogs, toast, packets, fries, and donut flavors.
Our verdict:
Yesterday, before the venue opened to the public on Friday, I was lucky enough to be able to try out some iconic items.
Also, when I reviewed Tim Hortons in Canada a few years ago, I had a good comparison, and the good news is that it fits their name.
Tim’s Famous Crispy Chicken Sandwich was the perfect ratio of crispy chicken, crisp lettuce, soft buns, and gravy. It was so expensive that it was finished immediately.
For the coffee famous for the chains, I chose the classic hot coffee version here, but since it was a summer day, the ice version was appealing. As expected, it was funny and very sweet. It has more sugar than coffee, but I didn’t really care.
If you’re a fan of Tim Hortons, you won’t be disappointed. If you don’t know the chain, please take a look.
