(News Bulletin 247) – Safran publishes adjusted revenue of 19 billion euros for the 2022 financial year, up 25% compared to 2021 and +15.8% on an organic basis.

The adjusted income statement shows current operating profit of 2,408 ME, up 33%, and operating profit of 1,958 ME (+40%).

Adjusted net income group share reached 1,178 ME, up 55%, or diluted adjusted EPS of 2.68 euros, up 55%.

“Driven by the continued recovery in air traffic, Safran delivered very satisfactory results, successfully maneuvering in a difficult operating environment marked by supply chain capacity constraints and inflationary pressure”, reacted Olivier Andriès, Chief Executive Officer of Safran.

For fiscal year 2022, a dividend of €1.35 per share will be submitted for shareholder approval at the General Meeting of May 25, 2023.

For the 2023 financial year, Safran expects to achieve revenue of at least €23 billion and current operating income of around €3.0 billion.
