(News Bulletin 247) – The Atos Board of Directors has approved the following changes to its composition, in line with the needs identified and the strategy pursued.

The ratification of the cooptation of Caroline Ruellan, independent director of Atos since July 26, 2022, and the renewal of her mandate as director, will be submitted to the vote of the shareholders during the Annual General Meeting of June 28, 2023.

The Board of Directors, during its meeting of May 16, 2023, co-opted Jean-Pierre Mustier as a new independent director. Ratification of this cooptation will be put to a vote.

The Board of Directors has also decided to submit the appointment of Laurent Collet-Billon as a new independent director.

Jean-Pierre Mustier is a business manager and investment banker. Laurent Collet-Billon is an exceptional general armaments engineer and former General Delegate for Armaments, head of the General Armaments Directorate.

These appointments aim to replace two directors: Lynn Paine, who resigned, and Edouard Philippe, who did not want his mandate to be proposed for renewal due to his other commitments.
