PPC: New extended telephone service hours – What hours it will work

THE PPC while remaining consistent in its promise of continuous improvement of its customer experience, extends the opening hours of its call center and offers the possibility of communication and service for any issue that concerns them, daily from 07:00 to 23:00 and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 20:00.

With the new extended service hours, calling the toll free number 800 900 1000, the PPC call center:

• offers information on new products and services,
• accepts requests for electricity and gas contract,
• make payment arrangements,
• pay bills using a credit or debit card,
• provides information and clarifications regarding charges contained in the accounts,
• offers e-bill technical support assistance.

In addition, during non-working hours, our customers can receive automated information about their account balance and payment methodsas well as for the evolution of the course of their applications to PPC.

The trust shown by PPC customers in telephone services is confirmed daily. Indicatively, in 2021 more than 4 million calls were answeredwhile in 2022 every month more than 400,000 customers are served.

Note that for 80% of these calls the average standby time does not exceed 20 seconds.

At the same time, PPC conducts a telephone survey in order to determine the degree of satisfaction with the service experience. It is noted that t80% of the respondents state that they are satisfied or completely satisfied with the services provided.

The range of service possibilities, the alternative ways of support (telephone, electronic service, chat, automated information), the free call in the call center as well as the extension of the schedule, bring PPC closer to its customers.
