The 38-year-old was convicted of attempted bodily harm, while he was not present but was represented by his lawyer. The 38-year-old was also imposed the conditions not to approach the 47-year-old at a distance of less than 50 metersnot to communicate with her by phone calls or messages and generally not to bother her in any way.

In accordance with Cretalive47-year-old had an affair with the 38-year-old for three months, however, she quickly noticed the man’s obsession with her face and last December asked him to divorce. Almost five months of agony followed for the 47-year-old, as based on what he had complained, the 38-year-old started harassing her every day. He called her all day, watched when she left her house and when she returned, rang her bell, and followed her in his car.

The events of May 21 were preceded by the worst, as the worst was avoided as the woman, shouting, mobilized passers-by and sometimes neighbors.

At midnight on May 21st the 47-year-old complains that he had watched her, knowing that she was at the feast of her relative. Returning to her house, she saw his car parked nearby. As soon as he saw him, he called him to leave, otherwise he would have notified the Police.
