During the exercise, subjects of river crossing operations were examined.
Particularly impressive were the images from business education of the armed forces in Evro by people and means of the 4th Army Corps and the Army Air Force. The exercise took place from Monday 4 to Friday 8 July 2022 at the watercraft training center (KEPM) of South Evros, the regular post-troop exercise (TAMS) “River ROAD-22”.
During the exercise, subjects of river crossing operations were examined. The men of the Armed Forces they built a bridge on the Evros delta to cross the river, thus making a demonstration of strength and abilities, but also of training which is continuous.
At the same time, Greece is strengthening its forces with the arrival of F-35s that will carry out a military exercise in the Aegean.
Also, next week the Head of the Greek Air Force will visit the USA as part of the bilateral cooperation between Greece and the USA and will be guided to the F-35 production plant.
