How to make Cinnamon Roll Pancakes

With this recipe you will make fluffy pancakes with a spiral of aromatic cinnamon and a traditional cream to pour and complement the cinnamon roll flavor

They are quick to make, but extremely tasty and enjoyable.

In 15 minutes they are ready.

What you will need:

200 grams of self-rising flour

200 ml milk – or soy milk

3 eggs

1 tablespoon icing sugar – or any sugar

30 grams of butter – at room temperature

30 grams of dark brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

10 ml of milk

100 grams of icing either ready-made or you will make it yourself
30 ml of milk

5 grams of butter

How to make it:

Put all the first four ingredients in a bowl and beat until they are homogeneous. If you have a mixer, use it, but don’t beat for too long.

Put all the last three ingredients in a bowl and beat until smooth.
In another bowl, put the butter, brown sugar and cinnamon and milk and work until they are homogeneous. Put the mixture in a cornet or if you have a steady hand try with a spoon.

Heat a pan on low-medium heat and add some butter. Pour the mixture into the pan to the size you want. Pour the cinnamon mixture in a spiral shape over the pancake. When bubbles start to appear on the surface and the pancake lifts easily with a spatula, quickly flip it over and cook on the other side. It takes about 1 minute on the first side and 30 seconds after you flip them over.
