Circuit of illegal Hellenizations: “Customer” the gas salesman executed in Nice

The “customer” of the illegal Greekization circuit is said to be the man of Albanian origin who was murdered at a gas station at 181 Thivon Street in Nikaia on November 16. According to information, he was known to the authorities and a fake ID had been obtained from the specific circuit.

It is recalled that a vehicle in which an unknown number of people were riding, opened fire while passing in front of the gas station on Tuesday (16/11) with the result that one person lost his life and another was injured.

A little while later, IX was found burning in Kifissos and it was not excluded that he was one of the perpetrators of the attack.

According to sources from the Ministry of Civil Protection, the circuit of illegal Hellenizations, with dozens of police officers involved, which was revealed after a months-long investigation by the Internal Affairs Service, mainly “washed out” criminals.

According to the information, the police officers were legally issuing identity cards, passports and other documents to criminals, in order to “erase” their criminal past and to be able to move freely.

That’s why the price of each document was so high. As announced earlier, those interested paid 30,000 euros for each document.

According to the same information, the “clients” of the circuit were the majority Albanians with “open accounts” with the law, to whom the members of the circuit provided documents with which they looked mainly as expatriates from the former Soviet Union, thus facilitating the illegal stay. in the country, with all the rights, such as VAT, AMKA and others and at the same time their comfortable exit from Greece to other countries, especially the European Union and the Schengen area, where some holders of these documents have been arrested.

The participation of 34 police officers in the circuit has been officially announced, whose names are also included in the case file. However, according to the same sources, it is estimated that even more police officers are involved in the circuit and that the ongoing investigation will reveal other facts, even about dirty money obtained in this way. That is why the Minister of Civil Protection, Takis Theodorikakos, made clear to the Internal Affairs Service his request for the case to be fully clarified and for all those involved to be brought to justice.

Piles of offenses are included in the criminal prosecution brought by the Prosecutor against those arrested as members of a circuit

Based on the voluminous case file formed by the police of the Directorate of Internal Affairs, the criminal prosecution against the arrested includes offenses mainly of a criminal nature, while those involved in the case other than the police are local government officials, lawyers and individuals.

The prosecution brought on a case-by-case basis concerns the offenses of criminal organization, criminal organization management, bribery of an employee for acting contrary to his duties professionally and continuously, bribery of an employee for acting contrary to his duties jointly and continuously alone, false testimony, facilitating the exit from Greek territory of a citizen jointly and consecutively by perpetrators who acted for the purpose of speculation and professionally, facilitating the illegal residence of third-country nationals by complicating police investigations into arrest, arrest and detention drugs (purchase and possession), synergy in a false certificate, synergy in facilitating the exit from Greek territory of a third country citizen and synergy in facilitating the illegal residence of third country nationals.

In addition, some of the accused are charged with false reporting, breach of confidentiality, forgery or not, supply and possession of drugs, illegal possession of firearms and ammunition and false certificate.

The case will be handled by an Investigator.
