New home and new life for Thymios Bougas in Pyrgos – Medical procedures begin

Thymios Bougas moves into his own house, after the adventure he went through and also a long period of being homeless and living in abandoned houses in Pyrgos.

The first step towards the gradual reintegration of Thymios into society was achieved, with the significant contribution of the volunteer forum “At the Center of Man”, the welfare services of the Municipality of Pyrgos, but also after an unprecedented awareness and mobilization of the residents, who contributed to covering the his first expenses. The help from the Holy Metropolis of Ilia was also great, which will contribute a significant amount monthly, covering a part of the rent for at least the next two years, until the complex medical operations of Thymios, which will begin in the fall, are completed.

Now Thymios will live in his own house in Pyrgos, while soon he will start the medical operations, always with the support of a lot of people who stood and still stand by his side, to whom he himself sent a big “thank you”!
