Greece is placed on the culinary map of the stars of the Michelin guide.
The gastronomy of our country will be shown worldwide as it will be included in the famous guide, with the agreement between Greece and the Michelin group being signed in Paris.
Speaking to SKAI, the General Secretary of the Greek National Tourist Board, Dimitris Fragakis, confirmed the above, who, speaking from the opening of the TOP RESA International Tourism Exhibition, pointed out that the cooperation will be signed on Thursday and that our country will now officially enter the Michelin star as a country.
At the same time, he added that this is a huge opportunity to promote Greek gastronomy to the whole world.
“We start immediately. As soon as we sign, the next day we start the process of promoting Greek gastronomy,” he said.
As expected, Greece could not be absent from the International Tourism Exhibition that takes place in France (IFTM-TOP RESA) with our country being represented by the EOT in Paris.
It is one of the largest tourism exhibitions in Europe as at least 200 countries participate in it.
