The 36-year-old is accused of having made contact with the 12-year-old minor through an online chat application and subsequently met with her in the area of Sepolia and carried out the above criminal act, for a fee.
The arrested person will be taken to the competent Prosecutor.
According to police sources, the accused met the girl once and raped her.
The two arrests made today are said to involve men whom the girl recognized through photographs shown to her at the Juvenile Sub-Directorate on Wednesday when she gave a supplementary statement.
