The Turkish Deputy Minister of the Interior, Ismail Tsatakli, with his post on twitter, accuses Greece of trying to cover up the image of cruelty with the 92 naked immigrants on the island of Evros by blaming Greece.
The Turkish side appears provocative once again. A few hours after the 92 migrants were spotted naked on the banks of the Evros with the images embarrassing the Turkish Interior Minister, Ismail Tsatakli, with his post on twitter he accuses Greece of trying to cover up the image of cruelty with the 92 naked immigrants on the island of Evros by blaming Greece.
“Since you could not find a single case of human rights violations by Turkey, you seek to cover up the image of the cruelty you have caused, as if Turkey had caused it. Spend your time respecting human rights, not manipulation and dishonesty! Come on, it’s not a big deal. Just be a little civilized,” he comments on Twitter.
As you couldn’t find one single case of human rights violation by 🇹🇷, you just seek to expose image of your cruelty you’ve inflicted as if 🇹🇷’s done!
Spend your time to obey human rights, not for manipulations & dishonesty!
C’mon, it’s no big deal? just be a little bit civilized! https://t.co/Wu45kEN8tQ— İsmail ÇATAKLI (@ismailcatakli) October 15, 2022
The comment comes after he simultaneously republished the tweet of Notis Mitarakis who wrote yesterday: “Turkey’s behavior towards 92 migrants whom we rescued at the border is a shame for civilization. We expect Ankara to investigate the incident and finally protect its borders with the EU”
