The Hyundai Ioniq 6 demonstrates a combination of high energy efficiency and the use of sustainable materials. Its design was human-centered from the start, with the interior space developing simultaneously with the exterior form.

The Ioniq 6 boasts a low coefficient of drag (Cd) of just 0.21, aided by simple but attractive curves and a host of features including a low nose, active front air vents, reduced wheel-to-canopy clearance, full underbody cover the bodywork, specially designed diffusers, as well as optional slim digital side mirrors (available in select markets).

For the interior, the designers began by looking at the needs of the customers, with a particular focus on eco-conscious Millennials and Gen Z, and worked “from the inside out.” As a result, the car’s cocoon-shaped interior serves as a comfortable sanctuary and personal space, packed with practical features and sustainable materials, offering an environmentally conscious commuting experience.

The Ioniq 6’s E-GMP platform allowed designers to expand the interior creating optimized legroom and spaciousness, allowing passengers to move with extended comfort and freedom. The display and multimedia screens, each 12 inches, are integrated into a modular assembly designed to minimize distraction while driving.

Regarding the drive system, it has not yet been announced, but it is expected to bring two electric motors and a battery of more than 75 kWh.
