Delicious recipe with screws, tuna and anchovies, which combine beautifully with a fresh tomato sauce, easy and different pasta that you will love.

Materials

  • 500 gr. Screws
  • 4 medium ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped (for convenience, we can cut the tomatoes into 4, put them in the multi-chopper and turn the switch on and off 6-7 times to chop them without disintegrating)
  • 1/3 fl. tea olive oil + 2 tsp. of soup in addition, which we will put raw at the end
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (or as much garlic as you like)
  • 1 can (100g) of tuna, drained
  • 5 anchovy fillets, drained, chopped
  • 1 sharp tsp. sweet dry thyme or thyme or oregano
  • grated leaves and tender stems from 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • salt, freshly ground pepper

Procedure

  1. To make screws with tuna tomato sauce and anchovies, boil the screws for 2 minutes less than the package says, strain them and put them back in the pot (off the heat).
  2. At the same time, in a small pot, saute the garlic in the oil (1/3 cup of tea) for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the tomato, a little salt, freshly ground pepper and cook over medium-high heat (at 2 for kitchens with a scale of 1 – 3, at 6 for a scale of 1 – 9), stirring occasionally.
  4. When the sauce starts to thicken (it takes 8-9 minutes), add the tuna, anchovies and thyme (or oregano or thyme), cook for 1 more minute and remove from the heat.
  5. Pour the sauce over the screws, return the pot to the heat and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Add pepper, the remaining olive oil and parsley, mix and serve immediately.
