The 17-year-old (7 years old at the time), who reported being raped by his father and members of his family and friends in the Petrolona.

As the two brothers have reported, they were abused by their father with the tolerance of their mother, who while she knew the “Golgotha” her children were going through, kept her mouth shut. Today the two children, the boy now 17 and the girl 22, are asking for justice for the nightmare they went through at their tenderest age.

The 17 year old he even complained that apart from his father, he had been raped by his uncle and other men that his father used to take home, while for the horrific acts he experienced, he is said to have identified the 17 people at whose hands he passed the absolute nightmare.

The case, however, is not the first time that the authorities have been concerned, as the 2018 a domestic violence lawsuit had been filed against the father, while the boy had gone to the juvenile protection sub-directorate and reported that he was a rape victim by his father.

According to information, in the testimony he had given at the time, he had mentioned in every detail the nightmare he and his sister were going through, while he had mentioned that their father was taking known and unknown men to the house, who also raped them.

The case had gone all the way to a preliminary hearing, but for some reason it “stuck” and there was no follow-up, while it never reached the courtrooms and the “green light” was never given to issue an arrest warrant.

Police sources say that the file from the juvenile court had gone to justice and some people had given testimony without trial as suspects. However, the police did not receive an arrest warrant against anyone involved in the case.

Another important element – according to the same sources – is the fact that in the forensic examination carried out on the boy, no clear findings had emerged to confirm his complaints.
