He argues that even the way he shrugged his shoulders was a sign of deceiving the crime-shocked public.

How her husband’s killer played “theatre” in front of the cameras Caroline Crouchs, Babis Anagnostopoulos, explains a British body language expert on a Discovery+ network show.

Dr. Cliff Lansley reports that Anagnostopoulos irritated his eyes to tears. “It seeks to portray sadness. But when we look at his whole face, there is no sign of sadness on his face,” comments the expert.

He also argues that even the way he shrugged his shoulders was a sign of deceiving the crime-shocked public.

Speaking of a “small indication”, the expert notes that Anagnostopoulos was lying when he raised only one shoulder, as he answered questions from journalists outside his home.

The expert says he has never seen in his 30-year career “a ‘one-sided’ shrug when people are telling the truth.” “That gives us a huge degree of confidence that he’s faking it,” he notes.

It is recalled that Babis Anagnostopoulos was convicted to life imprisonment for the murder of 20-year-old Caroline at their home in Glyka Nera, on May 11, 2021, in front of their then 11-month-old daughter, Lydia.

Anagnostopoulos was seen bowing to reporters, visiting his wife’s grave and comforting her grieving parents, but in the new Discovery+ show, the expert says Anagnostopoulos was betraying his own guilt, with his own body.
