Thebes: A father was arrested accused of raping his 11-year-old daughter and abusing the younger

In the arrest of a 31-year-old from Afghanistan who repeatedly raped his 11-year-old daughter and also molested the youngest who was only 5 years old in Hot Spot of Thebes, the authorities proceeded.

This is the 31-year-old Afghan (Ep.) KARIMI (Hon.) ALIJAN of ABDOL HAKIM and ZARMINE, who lived with his wife and their four children in the Temporary Accommodation Structure for Third Country Citizens in Boeotian City.

He was arrested following the issuance of a warrant by the Thebes Investigator by the Thebes Security Police for the criminal acts:

a) continuous rape against a minor,

b) the abuse of a minor in the form of a sexual act against a minor who has not reached the age of fourteen (14) years of age and

c) of incest – sexual act between relatives, in succession.

The specific publication, according to the relevant Prosecutor’s Order, aims to protect society, minors, vulnerable or powerless population groups and to facilitate the realization of the State’s claim for the hell of the above offenses.

Citizens are requested to contact the telephone numbers 22620 – 82185 and 22620 – 82180, of the Security Department of Thebes, to provide any relevant information. It is noted that the anonymity and confidentiality of the communication is guaranteed.

It should be noted that this publication is for a period of eight (8) months, i.e. from 3:00 p.m. of 09-11-2022 until 15:00 p.m. of 07-09-2023, according to the Prosecutor’s Order. Beyond this time limit, the preservation and/or reproduction of the disclosure of the above data is not permitted and is against the Law.
