The young woman was arrested together with three men aged 19, 22 and 23 for participating in the incidents of throwing dozens of Molotov cocktails – about 40 – at police forces on Corinthou Street, at the end of the second march to the Polytechnic University.
The young student of the University of Patras, originally from Messolonghi, they have charged with a felony for the offenses of manufacturing and possessing explosives, disturbing the peace, violence against officers and judicial persons, insulting and breaching the flares, fireworks, flares and launching devices legislation.
In her possession the police found and confiscated two backpacks, which contained, among other things, an improvised explosive-incendiary device consisting of a bottle with a flammable liquid, a gas cylinder and a high-powered firecracker and two anti-suffocation masks.
