The Investigator and the Prosecutor decided after his confession that he should be released, imposing the restrictive conditions of the ban on leaving the country, appearing at the Police Station 3 times a month and in addition imposing a cash guarantee of 5,000 euros.
The accused allegedly denied before the Investigator the act attributed to him, claiming that photos were sent to him through a specific application, from profiles with a female name.
According to the claim that the 39-year-old is allegedly making, because he suspected that the person was not 17 years old, as he told him, but younger, he was asking for her age to be clarified and that is why he asked for the photos, in order to identify the person he was talking to and his age.
The defendant allegedly admits that he sent the 13-year-old some sums of money totaling 140 euros.
The 39-year-old is the first of the group of people identified to have bought the girl’s material, which was trafficked by Ilias Michos, who are called to an apology for child pornography by the Investigator of the case.
