There had been a previous complaint against the 46-year-old owner from a customer, according to which, in the area where the laser service was applied to sensitive female areas, while the women were without their clothes throughout, she detected the existence of a camera mounted high on the wall.
Police officers went to the scene, where they found the existence of a camera in the specific room – a space connected to a recorder and proceeded to arrest the 46-year-old woman after contacting the competent Prosecutor.
The arrested person, with the case filed against her, will be taken to the competent judicial authority.
