Raids on company offices which from the prosecutor’s investigations are related to the Pretador malware, the Cybercrime Prosecution service carried out with a prosecutor’s order.

The order for the investigations was given by the prosecutors handling the investigations into the communications surveillance complaints, Angeliki Triantafillou and Kon. Spiropoulos.

The investigations were reportedly carried out both in offices of a total of six companiesincluding the well-known Intellexa and Krikel as in others, associated with these two companies either because they have a common headquarters or because the same persons have been identified in their share composition.

At the same time, apart from the offices raids were also carried out on the homes of executives of the companies in questionas there was information to find evidence that may be of interest to the investigation.

Also, the prosecution authorities for the case of the monitoring of communications, politicians, journalists and other persons, continue the investigation, including in it the newest data resulting from the journalistic revelations (Documento Kyriakis) as well as other information obtained from various sources.

However, it is interesting to note the fact that in order to confirm the publications for monitoring politicians and other important actors of public life (Konstantinos Floros and others) the prosecutors have sent a relevant document request to the EYP in order to have official answers.
