The deadline for issuing the joint ministerial decision on the imposition of a fine for late declaration of registered rights in the Land Registry against property owners who did not submit on time, during the land registration, is extended by 7 months, from 31/12/2022 to 31/07/2023 by region of the country, the statements about their real rights.
The provision seeks to exempt the citizens of the country from the financial burden of the fine of not declaring their properties in time during the land registration process, for an additional 7 months, so that they can, even if late, register their properties at no cost, taking into account both the time and financial constraints imposed by the 2019 COVID pandemic in the previous 2 years.
