The first time Kaizen Gaming received the Great Place to Work certification in Greece was in 2021, and then it distinguished itself at the European level, taking 9th place in Best Workplaces Europe 2021, in the category of businesses with 500+ employees.

Great Place to Work is a certification through which employers who offer a special experience to their employees are recognized. The process for a company to receive the certification consists of 2 steps. The 1st step is a survey which is completed by the employees, and the 2nd is the recording of the typical characteristics of the business, which is completed by the employer.

It is indicative that Kaizen Gaming started as a team of 20 people in 2012 and today has reached over 1,600 Kaizeners around the world. During 2022 alone, the company created 800 new jobs while in 2023 it is predicted to create 1,000 more. The numbers always tell the truth and, in this case, apart from the growth of the company, they prove how attractive it is in the job market for a prospective employee and at the same time makes it an ideal company to work for.

As we mentioned before, part of the survey was for Kaizen Gaming employees to rate the work environment, development opportunities, level of trust, as well as company culture, among other things. Survey responses showed 88% would highly recommend Kaizen Gaming to friends and family as a great place to work.
