At a slightly higher levels, but below 2,100 points, the stock market was recovered today, after yesterday’s corrective retreat, amid rising European markets. From high capitalization, the shares of Aktor, ELPE, Viohalco and OTE were overwhelmed.

The General Price Index closed at 2,095.94 points, with a slight rise in 0.17%. Intra-conference recorded a higher price at 2,105.44 points (+0.63%) and a lower price at 2,089.61 (-0.13%).

The value of the transactions amounted to EUR 228.06 million, with 44,719,878 shares.

The high capitalization index rose 0.17%, while the mid -capitalization index rose 0.31%.

Of the high capitalization shares, the shares of Aktor (+2.73%), ELPE (+2.21%), Viohalco (+1.85%), OTE (+1.56%), Metlen (+1.20%) and Piraeus (+1.01%) were the largest.

On the other hand, the biggest decline was the shares of Jumbo (-2.51%), Optima Bank (-2.30%), AIA (-1.12%) and EYDAP (-1.10%).

The largest volume of trading was presented by Alpha Bank and Eurobank with 13,014,330 and 11,604,094 shares, respectively.

Alpha Bank with € 45.09 million and Eurobank with € 39.90 million was the highest value of trading.

73 shares were up, 39 and 14 remained stable.

The shares rose the most: Cekrops (+25.00%) and Xylemporoma (K) (+14.79%).

The biggest decline was recorded by the shares: Haidmeni (-5.45%) and Xyletia (Π) (-3.33%).
