The proportion of vaccinated / positive Greeks to be vaccinated has gradually increased in 2021, with a significant increase between April and October, according to the latest research by Focus Bari | YouGov in our country.

The survey was conducted between 3 and 6 December 2021 on a sample of 1,001 Greeks aged 18-74. From January to December this year, the company conducted seven nationwide surveys monitoring the ratio of vaccinated, positively disposed, skeptical and negatively disposed Greeks to the Covid-19 vaccine.

Today’s picture shows that four out of five Greeks (81%) have already made / have an appointment / will definitely get the vaccine. This ratio is almost constant between the last two measurements, October and December 2021. 10% say they are reluctant to “yes-may not” get the vaccine, while the remaining 9% say “probably / definitely will not” “, Confirming that the” hard “core of vaccination deniers (for various reasons) is about one in ten Greeks.

Young people aged 18-24 show the highest percentage (23%) of those who have not yet decided whether or not to get the vaccine, compared to 17% in those aged 25-34 and only 7% in those over 45. Those who indicate a clearer negative intention appear more at the ages of 25-44 years (15%) and 35-44 years (13%), in Thessaloniki (14% vs. 7% in Attica, ie doubled) and in the region (12%) .
