The deadline for the submission of applications for aid of 89 million euros, concerning measures related to animal feed, has been extended.
Specifically, livestock breeders have the right to apply until January 10, 2023 for emergency aid which is included in the Agricultural Development Program of Greece 2014-2022 and specifically from the actions:
Sub-measure 1: Extraordinary temporary support to farmers in the extensive sheep and goat farming and cattle farming sectors.
Sub-measure 2: Extraordinary temporary support to breeders in the intensive goat and sheep, cattle, poultry and pig farming sectors.
The objective of the Measure is to provide extraordinary temporary support to livestock farms, with the aim of dealing with the effects of the Russian invasion of Ukraine and, in particular, the large increase in feed prices. The prospective beneficiaries, in order to join the measure, submit their application to the EYD SS KAP exclusively electronically through the Information System that supports the implementation of the Measure.
Applications are made online on the OPEKEPE website.
