A 15-year-old citizen was arrested, accused of dangerous bodily harm by complicity and for not issuing an identity card, as part of the spontaneous procedure, at noon on Monday (9/1), in the area of Agios Stefanos, by police officers of the Agios Stefanos Security Department.
Against 4 minors (2 nationals, 14 and 15 years old and 2 foreigners, 14 and 15 years old), who have been identified and are wanted as accomplices of the above defendant, a case file has been filed for – as the case may be – dangerous bodily harm by complicity and violation of the law on protection personal data.
In particular, at midday on Monday, the above defendants attacked and wounded a 16-year-old citizen on the head, with fists and a wooden object. During the attack, the 14-year-old foreigner was filming the incident.
After searches, the aforementioned police officers managed to locate the 15-year-old citizen, who they took to the Security Department of Agios Stefanos, where he was arrested.
In addition, the 15-year-old’s parents were also arrested for neglecting to supervise a minor.
The accused were taken to the competent Prosecutor’s Office.
