Mitsotakis wishes for a speedy recovery to Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew

The Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis sent his warm wishes to the Ecumenical Patriarch, who is suffering from a coronavirus.

The wishes were conveyed by Archon Offikialios of the Ecumenical Patriarchate and Professor Sotirios Tsiodras.

The interest of Ex. The Prime Minister of Greece and his Government for the progress of the health of His Holiness, as well as the cordial personal wishes of Mr. Kyriakos Mitsotakis for a speedy recovery, but also for the celebration of Christmas, conveyed to the Ecumenical Patriarch Mr. Bartholomew, the Archon Ofikialios of the Great Church of Christ and Professor of Pathology – Infectious Diseases Mr. Sotirios Tsiodras, during a telephone conversation they had last night, December 24, 2021.

Mr. Tsiodras conveyed to His Holiness the wishes of the Minister of Health Ex. Mr. Athanassiou Plevri.

His Holiness expressed his gratitude for the undivided and practical interest of Mr. Mitsotakis and the honest Greek Government and asked Edimol. Lord to convey through the Prime Minister to the pious Greek people his paternal wishes and the Patriarchal blessing for the Holy Twelfth Day.
