Four-membered spiral which committed two robberies and the same number of burglaries-thefts in the prefectures of Thessaloniki and Imathia in a period of 12 days, with its total “booty” amounting to 228,000 euros, the EL.AS dismembered.
A 30-year-old man was arrested as a member of the spiral, while the details of his three accomplices were identified. These are Roma, aged 27 to 33, who are connected by family ties and have previously been the subject of prosecution for burglaries.
All their “hits” took place in November 2021 and among the “targets” were a gambling agency in Panorama, a store in the shopping center of Pylaia, as well as two businesses in areas of Imathia, from whose premises they grabbed cash. It is characteristic that the two robberies were carried out with the threat of using a fire extinguisher and in one of them, in fact, the perpetrators “emptied” its contents to the employees.
As emerged from the investigation carried out by police officers of the Thessaloniki Property Crimes Department, the members of the criminal group used a vehicle in which they changed its color to make it difficult to locate them, while they operated at night, with their facial features covered .
