3) With the same authorization, I was given the order to file a lawsuit for the crime of defamation against the journalist Vassilis Lambropoulos, for the false things he has published against him and which affect his honor and reputation, but against the specific person to also file a claim for damages for the insult to his personality, with the false and slanderous things he spread against him on a daily basis, claiming the amount of 100,000 euros in his favor.
Notably, Dimitris Theodorikakos, in addition to being an excellent student, was also an elite basketball player, participating in official championships, before leaving for his studies in Italy and he has never even smoked in his life.
