The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Andreas Katsaniotis and the Ambassador of Turkey in Athens Tsagatai Ertsiyes were welcomed by the president of the “Together Together” action Yiannis Spanolios
The facilities of the Stadium of Peace and Friendship, where, as part of the action “Together We Can”, volunteers collect first aid items in order to be sent immediately to those affected by catastrophic earthquakes in Turkey and Syria, were visited by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Andreas Katsaniotis and the ambassador of Turkey in Athens Tsagatai Ertsiyes.
Until February 13 160 trucks with humanitarian aid from all the municipalities of Greece had gathered at SEF.
The deputy minister and the ambassador were welcomed by the president of the “All together we can” action Yannis Spanolios, noted in a post by Andreas Katsaniotis.
“With the Ambassador of TC Atina BüyükelçiliÄŸi / Turkish Embassy Athens / Embassy of Turkey Athens we visited the SEF facilities where volunteers carry out the collection of humanitarian aid in order to be sent directly to the people of Turkey and Syria who are being tested by the devastating earthquakes. We were welcomed by the initiator of Oloi Mazi Boroume Yiannis Spanolios” states characteristics.
According to “Together We Can”, the delivery of the offerings at the Stadium of Peace and Friendship takes place every day from 10 am to 4 pm, until Friday 17/2.
