It has no end anguish of people looking for their relatives and have not yet heard from them.

Many are still missing since Tuesday night, when two trains collided in Tempi, spreading grief across Greece.

The daughter of one 67-year-old missing anxiously, trying to believe that she will soon see her father again.

Devastated, she told ERT that she booked him the last ticket for the first carriage. Talked to him last on 10:15 as he reports, shortly before the fierce conflict and since that moment he has not heard from him again, with hopes slowly fading away.

She also revealed that her aunt, her father’s sister, was she who notified her of the collision on Wednesday morning, while until then she knew nothing.

As he reports, he has given evidence and genetic material, while he says characteristically: “What I can’t stand is that so far I have no news… to find something… something… whatever it is.”

The relatives of the missing expect the identification process to be completed in the next few hours.
