The children urge students who experience any form of domestic violence not to remain silent, but to speak about their problem to their teacher immediately
The short film entitled “I CAN’T STAND ANYMORE” was created by the students of the 6th grade of the 1st Primary School of Agria Volos, on the occasion of the Panhellenic Day Against School Violence and Bullying, March 6.
The students worked and created an original script wanting to pass their own message on the problem called School Violence and Bullying. They present the case that the teacher has not realized the violence and bullying that is taking place behind his back. They urge students who receive any form of intra-school violence not to remain silent, but to speak about their problem to their teacher immediately.
According to the script, a teacher goes to work and during his journey from the courtyard door to his seat, he reflects on how ideal the school environment is and how well his students are having a good time. Through the contrast of the image and the word, moments of intra-school violence experienced by some students are presented. When he is sitting in his chair, he opens a small box, which he has made for his students to leave messages for him, and finds inside a piece of paper that says “Lord help! I can not take it anymore”.
After the end credits there is an audio excerpt from an interview with a student from another school unit (from a chance encounter) who states that he too has experienced bullying behind his teacher’s back.
