The refund of unduly paid contributions for the years 2019 – 2020 concerns over 23,000 salaried lawyers, salaried engineers and health workers
The special platform for submitting electronic applications for the refund of unduly paid contributions for the years 2019 – 2020 has been put into operation, which concerns over 23,000 salaried lawyers, salaried engineers and health workers.
The platform is available exclusively to interested parties through the e-EFKA website. (https://www.efka.gov.gr), by selecting: Electronic Services → Employees → “Electronic Service of Refund of Contributions to salaried lawyers, salaried engineers and health workers” using TAXISNET codes and A.M.K.A. statement.
It is pointed out that it is not required to submit supporting documents or to attend the local e-EFKA services.
The applications will be related to the results, which occurred or occur in the insurance of the specific persons with the use by their employers of the associated “Electronic Service of Modification of the Insurance for Salaried Lawyers, Salaried Engineers and Sanitary Workers” (related circular e – E.F. .K.A. 65/2021), the operation of which is extended until 31.12.2023, so that on a periodic basis the amounts of the unduly paid contributions of the years 2019 – 2020 attributable to them are returned to the bank accounts of the beneficiaries, after previously having been carried out offsetting of the refunded amounts with any confirmed debts to the e-EFKA.
