The minor who is accused of the brutal attack with a knife, on the night of Easter Monday, in the Roman Agora, on 18-year-old Dimitris in order to take his wallet with money and his mobile phone, was remanded in custody after his apology.

THE 17-year-old apologized for serious charges concerning attempted murder of the 18-year-old, whose life was endangered by the attack, as well as robbery.

Upon completion of his confession, the investigator and the prosecutor decided that Mr perpetrator of the attack he should be sent to prison.

For the juvenile’s co-accused, who pleaded guilty to robbery, the court officials decided, after the completion of his plea, that he be released with the imposition of the restrictive conditions of mandatory appearance at a police station once a month, as well as being monitored by social worker.

In front of the investigator, according to information, the perpetrator of the attack allegedly repeated what he told the police, namely that he stabbed the 18-year-old.

The second defendant reportedly denies the charge of robbery attributed to him that he committed jointly with his co-accused. Also, the minor reportedly claimed that he has nothing to do with what is being attributed to him. “I was in the wrong place at the wrong time,” the 17-year-old allegedly told the juvenile investigator, according to reports.
