To the prosecutor the two arrested will be charged with second-degree murder for the death of a 52-year-old man on Saturday morning, in Neapoli, Thessaloniki.
As reported by the General Police Directorate of Thessaloniki, in its announcement, in the morning hours, today (13-05-2023), an incident took place between a 52-year-old man and two citizens, aged 40 and 42, resulting in the fatal injury of the 52-year-old.
In particular, as emerged from the police investigation, the episode occurred after an argument between the individuals, because the two men kicked food for a stray, which the deceased placed outside his store, while it is noted that they also had neighborhood issues between them.
After the end of the episode o 52 years old during his transfer to an on-call hospital, it turned out, while the two people involved were arrested.
